Olney NCT is looking forward to another successful Nearly New Sale on 6 March 2010 at the Olney Centre from 12.30pm – 2.30pm.
"We'll be offering another bumper sale of baby and children’s clothing, toys, nursery equipment, buggies, maternity wear and much
more", says Rebecca Oubridge-Lyons, chair of Olney NCT. "Having a young family is a hugely expensive time which is why our Nearly New Sales have a great reputation for offering brilliant quality items at fantasic prices. Come along and see if
you can find your hidden treasure!"
The sale will open to NCT members at 12.10pm, with everyone else from 12.30pm. Please use the Olney Centre rear entrance in West Street. There is a small entrance fee and entrance to the sale will be free after 2pm when there will still lots of bargains to be had.

Museum Matters
Although the Museum is closed to visitors
during the winter months, essential
maintenance work is going on both inside and out,
including re-wiring in “Orchard Side”, and changes to the layout of the shop. Plans are also underway for a possible Georgian theme in the museum exhibitions for the 2010 season
The Friends of the Museum continue their fund-raising activities and readers are reminded that there will be a coffee morning and second-hand book/CD and DVD sale on Thursday 11th February, commencing at 10.30am in the Museum shop. All are welcome. Admission £1 includes refreshments. If you have any books, CDs, DVDs in good condition which you would like to donate then please contact Ann on 01234 712882 to arrange for their collection. If you are looking for a particular title, film or album then this may be your chance to find it and to enjoy a chat, refreshments and make some new friends some whilst you browse,.
The Museum opens for the new season on Tuesday 2nd March but will be open as usual on Pancake Day.
WHAT A FASHIONABULL IDEA!!
Kathy Danskin from Wardobe & The Bull Inn have teamed up to raise money for local charities with a charity fashion show to be held at The Bull on Thursday 25th March, It's hoped that most of Olney's Boutiques will be displaying Collections, with Wardrobe & Janey & Allens already confirmed. Tickets cost £10 to include Canapes, Cocktails & entrance to the grand raffle. ALL ticket proceeds are to be split 50:50 between Willen Hospice & Newport Pagnell & Olney Lions. with all prizes & canapes etc. donated by the participants. Tickets for this not to be missed event are available from Wardrobe & The Bull Inn.
