We’ve brought you a selection of photographs from Parklife, who were celebrating their 10th year . . . and they did not disappoint.
With three stages on offer: the Ousebank Gardens from 12-8pm, The Sunset Lounge stage 3-11pm at the Canon Pub, and Zak’s Swan stage from 3-11pm at the Swan Revived Hotel, their was a wide choice of live bands and acoustic acts of many genres.
Run by a team of volunteers, Parklife continues to please, with local organisations like The British Legion Club running the outside bar, Tea and Cakes tent run by Brooklands Day Centre, the barbecue provided by The Lamb public house, the car park by Willen Hospice Volunteers, and Childbase looking after the Childrens’ Area. NCT Milton Keynes were also on hand
providing information for new parents. A grant was awarded by Milton Keynes Community Foundation for the event, and others who donated funds were The Cannon, The Swan Revived and Eastwood Studios. Donation Parking opposite the Sherington Road Junction was kindly provided by the Cook Family Farm, proceeds going to Willen Hospice. More pictures on our website.
