The concert in Newport Pagnell parish church will involve 6 local choirs presenting a varied programme of classical, choral and music from the shows. Groups this year include the Milton Keynes Youth Choir, Sounds Familiar from Cranfield, Sherwood Singers from Bletchley, and for the 1st time the Windmill singers from Northamptonshire as well as the church choirs from Olney and Newport Pagnell. Tickets for the concert cost £7.50 (£5.50 concessions) and will be available from mid September from Cambourne Travel on Newport Pagnell High St, and CT Wilsons on Olney High St. You can also email friends@willen-hospice.org.uk or call 01908 612622.

If you are a registered patient at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre please book your appointment now to get protection from flu.
Flu injections need to be repeated every year because the virus changes. Therefore the injection is best given before the flu season starts.
It is highly recommended for all patients over 65 years of age or in a medical risk group which includes heart or lung problems, diabetic, kidney or liver problems, had a stroke and patients taking medication or if you have an illness that lowers immunity. We also recommend this if you are a carer or pregnant.
Flu clinics will be held at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre on Saturday 6th October, 8am - 2.30pm and Saturday 3rd November, 8am-2.30pm.
