EARLS BARTON RALLY AND COUNTRY FAYRE
The 15th Earls Barton Rally and Country Fayre took place over the August Bank holiday and everyone had a great time.
We were very lucky with the weather considering the summer we have had so far. Sunday was really hot and sunny and we had record crowds in attendance.
The feedback we have received points to the rally being a great success. It was felt that the event catered for all the family with the Battling Cumberland Giants in the ring who had a battle with the Vikings who were encamped on site during their last performance each day. The Pets Corner and the Ferret Racing are always a great favourite with young and old alike. The Forge Tea Rooms were really busy as people like to sit down to home made sandwiches and cups of tea in china cups served to the table.
As always our exhibitors turned out in force and were
very supportive throughout the event our thanks to all
of them.
As always it is the public who help to create a good
atmosphere and, if you did attend, thanks for coming
and please spread the word for next year.
Our thanks go to the Whiteʼs for the continued use of
their field and the assistance they give us on the week
prior to and during the event.
