Big congratulations must go to Jackie, Laura and the rest of the team on what proved to be a very successful official launch night on 20th November. Guests were treated to drinks and canapés, and it was a great opportunity to

competition to take the NABBA Mr England Class 1 title, which was held in Brierly Hill, West Midlands.
Martin used his advanced

knowledge to get down to an
amazing 4% body fat and was
delighted with his result. Martin
explains “Although this is an
individual sport, it wouldn’t be
achievable without the support
of my partner, gym members,
family and friends motivating me and an encouraging me to be the best I can possibly be and I’d like to thank them all wholeheartedly.” Although to some Martin’s sport is extreme, the principles regarding nutrition and training for weight loss, or gain, remain the same.
