énergie fitness for women Newport Pagnell is celebrating its new ownership with a relaunch party on Thursday 8th October. The ladies-only fitness club on St John Street, Newport Pagnell is under new management after being taken over by mother and daughter duo Rina and Sydney Khoo. Both Rina and Sydney have travelled all the way from Australia to live out their dream of running their own fitness club.
The duo have introduced a revised exercise class timetable with over five new classes. In addition, the re-vamp will see the introduction of a dedicated cardio area featuring all-new equipment, a new social area with free tea and coffee for members and a full calendar of monthly social events. New owner Sydney commented: “We want to establish énergie fitness for women as a club that is at the centre of women’s lives, where members can not only achieve their fitness and weight loss goals but also relax, socialise and meet new friends.” Both Rina and Sydney are fully qualified fitness professionals.
The exciting new changes to the club will be unveiled at the official relaunch party on 8th October which will include competitions, fun games and cool prizes with all money raised from the activities donated to Breast Cancer Awareness month.
