Seniors Seated Exercise Class

A friendly group, open to all. No booking needed, just turn up! Adaptable seated exercises taught by a teacher with 30 years’ experience. All the moves are designed to improve exibility, mobility, strength, balance, memory and coordination, along with some gentle relaxation. Andrew Nash: The Church of St. Kynaburgha of Eastor’. A member of the Nene Valley Archaeological Trust will talk about this early Medieval Church which stands on a Roman and Saxon site and tells the story of the Saint. The church is now the subject of an innovative community history project. Members £20 (19 lectures, Sept-June). Visitors welcome - £3 (includes refreshments).
Irchester - Town and Countryside
Ian Meadows is an archaeologist formerly working for the Northamptonshire County Council. Ian will describe the relationship between the town & surrounding landscape which produced the provisions to sustain the urban population. Members £20 (19 lectures from Sept-June).
