CAMEO
Come and Meet Each Other
Cameo is a community group which meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 2.00 pm in the new extension of Sutcliff Baptist Church, Market Place, Olney.
We are an interactive group with lots of chat, stories, short talks,
games, quizzes and getting to know each other.
There are always homemade cakes to go with tea or coffee.
On 8th June we had a special party to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday. Many guests made a big effort and wore red, white and blue clothes, which together with royal crowns, red, white and blue rosettes, ags and bunting made a great display.
We sang a variety of songs chosen by the group, had a very special afternoon tea and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We also of course toasted Her Majesty and sang the National Anthem.
