So there’s more availability to join with a new beginner class – our next one starting is Mondays at 11.15am from the 31st October.
Plus there will be other new classes starting, contact the studio for more information.
There are classes for everyone, from 11-90 plus.
New to the studio Powerbarre classes, a mixture of Barre, Pilates and cardio work
