Hello my fellow readers! You maybe wondering why this is only a page this month? Firstly, it is because I have just began sixth form and as I have been settling in, I have had little time to let my imagination flow. Secondly, I have so many articles brewing I am going to create a magnificent spread next month...hopefully hehe. Hope everyone's enjoying being back at school! Actually I should be pretty lucky, as sixth form is really great. Remember to keep heading to the winebar on Wednesdays for Rusty Promotions Open Mic Night and keep that physical fitness high at Olney Gym! The fitness attempt
continues! I have now
fully adapted to the
gym lifestyle and
regularly attend. This
month I have begun
working on some
weight training to compliment my cardio work. This has proved to be great fun! I have also
had a go at the boxing kit to have some fun and let the frustrations of school out on it. Next month I am including a full report on how owner Martin has got to what he is today, also I will be testing out some of the classes! Remember to pop into Olney

So after receiving an airkix flight voucher last Xmas, I finally got around to taking on the challenge! Once kitted up I was ready to fly! I looked down at the large drop beneath the metal wire grid I was about to fly above in anticipation, then on the signal I leapt forward into the strong wind. It was an amazing experience and surprisingly enough I was actually quite good at it, even though I am not an adrenaline junkie! After advertising DJ Grrrl’s rapture for the last few months I was invited to come along and check the night out. Rapture is located behind the Cannon Pub in Newport Pagnell, it is situated in a stylish barn out the back. On arrival, I was greeted by the sound of great music and a multiple array of lights. The room was well lit and had a very welcoming atmosphere! First to the decks was DJ Grrrl herself, combining a great selection of old classics with current chart tunes. This livened up the audience and also welcomed any newcomers into the venue. Next to spin her hits was DJ Mona, although new to the DJ thing, she played some fantastic songs and again kept the party going. Finally it was time for the final guests, Terrapin Trainstation’s Dave and Ben (DJ DavGid and Jabba Da Hutch) stepped up to play there very entertaining and unique set. Daves enthusiasm gave Rapture that extra spice also adding an element of comedy to the night. They played an awesome collection of tunes ranging from Queen to Elvis.
