Fitter, healthier and happier with Vibrogym at Olney Health & Fitness

Steve and Debs, a busy, professional couple who agreed to help us test the claims of the new fitness machine launched at Olney Health & Fitness – Vibrogym. Vibrogym is a machine that takes the work out of ‘workout’ in that it condenses an hour long fitness session into just ten minutes. This means that Vibrogym is the ideal solution for anyone whose lifestyle dictates that they have little time to exercise or for anyone who wants to feel fitter, healthier and happier.
Steve and Debs recently completed their trial period, so naturally we were keen to find out if Vibrogym has lived up to expectations:
You’ve now completed the three month trial, what impact has using Vibrogym had overall?
Steve: I’ve lost 6lbs in weight, my BMI has reduced by one point and body fat has reduced by 1%. Overall I feel fitter and stronger, as we’ve worked on the more advanced levels I’ve started to notice bigger improvements.
Debs: I’ve lost 5lbs in weight, my BMI has also reduced by 1% and body fat has reduced by 1% too so I’m delighted! Initially the results were slow in coming but I guess it’s like any kind of exercise, you have to be patient and stick with it.
What has been the hardest part of the trial?
Steve: Moving up to some of the more advanced levels can initially prove tough but your body soon adapts. On the plus side the advanced exercises use more muscle groups and are higher intensity so you see the benefits more quickly.
What did you like most about Vibrogym?
Debs: The healthier overall feeling of course, but I also like the fact that the Vibrogym
needn’t feel self
conscious about
exercising. I also like being
able to have a chat and drink
afterwards to cool down. Olney Health and Fitness is a really sociable place so anything that makes exercise more enjoyable is a bonus in my book.
What advice would you give to someone considering Vibrogym?
Debs: Give it a try – definitely, but also make sure that you only use it with a qualified trainer. I certainly wouldn’t consider trying it by myself and Martin has been great in fine tuning the routines to achieve my goals.
And finally, now that the trial period is over will you both continue to use Vibrogym?
Steve: We’re definitely going to carry on, in fact we’ve already booked in advance to get the sessions we want. Now we’ve progressed to the advanced exercises our programmes can be tailored even further, so I’m sure in future we’ll see even more benefits. K
