Need to lose those unwanted pounds gained over the summer holidays? BUCK’S only personal weight loss consultant, Sam McCallum has a proven track record and can help you do just that!
There are three ways...
HOME VISITS – Weekly personal diet advice, motivation & support conducted in your own home. First visit is for 1 1⁄2 hours, then weekly 30 minute visits. Having a consultant coming to you, in the time that suits you.
WORK VISITS – Very busy and can’t get out of the office? A few of you wanting to lose weight together? Sam can come to you! Just £20 each every 4 weeks (For this rate, a minimum of 6 clients is needed – any less, please contact Sam for a quote)
WORKSHOPS – Prefer group consultations? Two workshops are held on a weekly basis, in the Cabin Bar, the Two Brewers, Olney. Tuesdays at 5.30pm and Wednesdays at 11am. These are small group meetings, so Sam can spend more time with you. At £16 every 4 weeks, no other weight loss meeting is cheaper. Call Sam for availability of places.
