Tapas to go...or is it?
The lovely TapasiPintxoshasclosedit’sdoorsfor thelasttime, a real shame as Marc was a fabulous chef and the food was superb. The thing about Eggs Benedict is freshness, you need the best fresh free range eggs you can get your hand on and the tastiest ham possible. I like to buy eggs straight from the owner if possible and for the best ham youʼve got to go to Bennettʼs the butchers in Olney.
