It was decided not to meet in August as so many members were away. Since our next meeting is a Digital images Competition hope- fully the members will have used the summer to produce some excel- lent entries. Weʼll keep you posted here.

Tip of the month
When taking action pictures position yourself carefully. Spend some time looking for the best vantage point, where you not only have a good view of what is happening, but also where the participants are not moving too fast to capture them successfully.
Our print this month is by Maureen Smith and was the winner in our last print competition in the “Candid” category.
