A LITTLE JAZZ MASS
Northampton Chamber Choir is a mixed voice local choir with a high standard which regularly performs in and
around Northampton. It is currently being directed by Stephen Moore who is the Director of Music at St Matthew’s Church, Northampton.
Every Summer we try to get out of Northampton into one of the surrounding villages to share our music more widely in the community.
This summer we are coming to Olney in July for a concert featuring Chilcott’s ‘A Little Jazz Mass’, along with The Sax Pistols who are a group of young talented jazz musicians who have been brought together by the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust. (NMPAT is a fantastic county wide music and drama service which the choir works with as a community partner in the Northamptonshire Music Education Hub.)
