What else: Run by husband and wife team, Bob and Aida, this is their launch event. An early date at the Notting Hill Carnival inspired their love of all things retro. Harry, their 1976 Vintage Citroen HY Van and Good Times music played from an old fashioned cassette player, set the scene.

The Bull
On the menu: Carribean BBQ is the name of the game. Fresh meats and turkey drumsticks served with the Bulls own range of house ‘slaws and sauces: also for sale.

Janet’s Woodfired pizza
On the menu: The pizza choice comprises margherita, pepperoni, chicken & BBQ sauce, goats cheese, caramelised onion and courgette, pesto & red onion, and meat feast. They are also doing bacon and sausage rolls and the traditional Bedfordshire clanger. What else: Sunday only. This team have been trading for four years and in that time have cooked thousands of pizzas. A day off sees them at Wagamamas - a pizza free zone! Where else: Olney Market most Thursdays.
Amazing Grains bread
On the menu: Focaccia, sour dough and chilli hot dog bites.
What else: Amazing Grains aren’t new to BOFF but the chilli dogs certainly are! They are made using a baguette dough with chopped chillies, and filled with Thuringer Bratwurst.
