URC Sheep Vandalism
The United Reformed Church on Olney High Street have recently had a bit of an issue with the willow figures at the front of the church being disturbed. They would like to
highlight it so that people keep an eye out for any other problems in the future.
Happily posing for the passers-by in the High Street, who often stand and admire them.
Thurs 13th Aug – Two lambs have gone for a walk but we don’t know where to. The remaining flock have been slightly uprooted.
Thurs 13th Aug p.m.–The two lambs were returned to the church having been found in separate back gardens. Thank you to the families that returned them. The flock were reunited and they would really like to stay where they are now. If you think they might like to wander please note that we have had a word with them and they were not happy with their adventures and don’t want to go again. If you should see them wandering or find them lost then please email: contact@cowperurc.org. uk with their whereabouts.
Sun 16th Aug a.m. – The remaining flock were found like this. Torn from the ground and damaged in the process.
