Georgia Brock
On Sunday 9th August, Georgia Brock aged
14 shaved her hair off
for Toby’s Trust.
A few months ago
after reading about
Toby in the Phonebox,
Georgia announced
that she would like to
do something to raise
money for Toby’s Trust
(www.tobystrust.org).
Toby is a little boy from
Olney who suffers with
Dravet Syndrome. She
announced a few hours later that she was going to shave her hair off and that is where it all started. Not knowing Toby or his family, I set about contacting them to let them know that Georgia wanted to do this and they were overwhelmed that a 14 year old girl with medium length hair would want to do such a thing. Georgia decided that she was going to shave her hair after her baby sister’s christening on Sunday 9th August. She has raised over £2,500 for Toby’s Trust and more donations are always welcome.
