Stoke Goldington Parish Council is delighted that the village has won its section of the Buckinghamshire Best Kept Village Competition and now proudly holds the Gurney Cup. The Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire,
Sir Henry Aubrey Fletcher, visited the village on Saturday 12th September to present the award with Parish Council members, villagers and representatives from the community there to watch. The Competition has run in Bucks and Milton Keynes for 58 years but Stoke Goldington hasn’t entered over recent years due to
