Olney Co-op Membership Re-launch
OFundraising for the local community
n 21st September, the Co-op relaunched it’s Membership scheme & all members can now earn 5% every time they purchase any own brand product in their food stores & also through Co-op
Funeralcare & Legal Services. In addition, 1% will go to one of the 3 local community causes chosen for the launch.
You can become a member by either visiting the store, online at coop.co.uk/membership or calling the membership helpline on 0800 0234708. For a £1 joining fee, you can start earning your rewards stright away, also bene tting the community. Olney Pre School, Olney Infant Academy & Charity Begins at Home (Soul Time) are the initial causes chosen as bene ceries with the rst giving period running up until April.
Full information is available in store, including Temporary Cards to enable new members to start earning from day one. Following our support of Olney Infant Academy and Pre-School during the past 12 months, we decided that we would raise funds for the Middle School during the summer.
A raf e was held in July (with the main prize being a Samsung 32” LED TV) & once again, thanks to amazing generosity of our customers and the support & engagement of the store team, we managed to raise £1,200 which will help towards the re-development of their Science Garden.
A further local cause will be chosen to support in December.
