Club
Our last meeting was the annual “Digital Images Battle” against Towcester Camera Club. Both
clubs submitted 20 images taken by their members and an independent judge gave points to each image. The points were totalled and Olney won this year, by 325 to 319.5. Well done everybody who entered pictures.
One of our prints this month is one of the highly scoring entries from Olney- “Tower Above the Mist” by John Hughes. John has also had success as runner up in a nationwide competition organised by the CSMA Online (above) Photography Group.
The other print shown this month is a winner in our last Digital Images Competition in the category “Open”. It is by Steve Brown and titled “River Esk”. (left)
Our next meeting is on 31st July. With a talk on Natural History Photography Meetings are usually in the Olney Centre on the last Wednesday of the month at 20.00hrs.
