A good circular walk from the Institute car park by the cricket ground in the centre of North Crawley, with fine views across to Newport Pagnell and local villages, there are some stiles towards the end the end of the walk. There are three short sections of road walking on mostly quiet country lanes.
Approximately 4 miles about 1.75 hours.
For refreshments there are two pubs in North Crawley.

Leave the institute car park and return to the High Street and turn right, cross over the road and take the small lane (Church Walk) to the right of the church. Follow this down to the road (Folly Lane) cross over and turn left; shortly after the cottages on the right, turn right through a gate in to a  eld. Keeping the hedge on your right follow this for about 1⁄4 mile to a gap in the hedge at the bottom of the  eld.
Go through the gap and turn right follow the track with the hedge on your right through two gates (please re- tie the securing ropes) and on to the road at Brookend. Turn right for a few yards and then cross the road to follow the path that goes through the front gate of Brookend Farm, again please close the gates and take care, cross the yard and go though a gate on to a foot path to another gate in to a  eld. Keep the hedge on your left, but at the end of the second  eld the path goes through a gate in the hedge to continue with the hedge on your right straight to the Chicheley road.

Turn left here for about 1⁄4 of a mile along the road and then cross over at the  nger sign post and follow the track up into the  eld with the hedge on your right to The Copse at the top of the  eld, follow the path round to the right past the moat on your left, the path keeps straight on to join the Little Crawley Road, keep right here. In 1⁄4 of a mile there is a stile on the left just past a small lockup building.
Cross the  eld diagonally to your right to a yellow path marker and a small group of trees go in to the trees and then keep left here and leave the trees to follow the edge of the  eld to another yellow marker, and then turn right through the hedge and in to another  eld. Cross a stile and then cross this  eld and then a third  eld with a farm house on your left and on to the top of Gumbrills Lane.
Turn right here and follow the lane round to the left and
follow this for about 1⁄4 of a mile. There will shortly be FIN a gate way in to the cricket ground on your right, follow the edge of the  eld round to your left to enter the back
