Emberton School
super end of term treat for the children Aentailed a visit from lnteraction-MK as part of their Easter Recycling
Festival , REV IVE. Everyone was busy with scraps of paper , material , bottle tops and sweet wrappers to create a wonderfully bright
and colourful mural of plants and flowers.
The work will be exhibited for the public as part of the REVIVE Festival on 26th April at Peartree Bridge, before returning pride of place to Emberton School.
Our parents were also treated to our "Let's Go Green!" assembly , where the children showcased their half-term 's learning. Chants from "The Recycling Rap" will be forever planted in our minds , while the children proudly wore their hats , bracelets and shoes made from recycling materials .
They read poems , showed teddy costume designs and finished with the song "Don't drop litter, put it in the bin, keep the playground tidy, neat and clean! " Our environmental theme has been a true inspiration to our young adults of the future.
If you would like your child to attend the school , we have spaces for September 2014 . Contact us on (01234) 711518 and we will show you around .
