Physiotherapy for Neck Pain
Hello, I am Eileen Lewis, I have a BSc in Physiotherapy and also am a qualified Acupuncturist with over 20 years experience . Over the next few months I will be discussing a variety of problems commonly ex perienced , from neck and back pain, to joint pains and soft tissue strains and sprains. This month I would like to cover neck pain.
A high proportion of the population will suffer from neck pain at some point in their lives . This can be quite debilitating making everyday activities very difficult. The symptoms often radiate from the neck to other areas including ; headaches and migraines , shoulder , arm , and hand pain and sometimes pins and needles. The symptoms may originate from the
